Alberto’s Grill House – Reservation Policy🔸

To ensure the best experience for all of our guests, please take a moment to read our reservation policy.

✨Large Group Bookings (10 or More Guests)

• A non-refundable deposit of €10 per person is required to secure all reservations of 10 or more guests.
• The deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your visit.

✨Changes to Guest Numbers:

• If the number of guests in your party changes, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Any reductions in guest numbers made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a €10 charge for each missing guest, which will be deducted from the deposit or charged accordingly.

✨Late Arrivals:

• We understand that delays can happen. We will hold your table for 15 minutes after your reservation time.
• If you expect to be later than 15 minutes, please contact us as soon as possible.
• If we do not hear from you and you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to release your table to other guests.
